Our office will provide a free hour-long consultation during which we will note your instructions and answer any questions you may have. We will then call you to execute a legally binding Will at our offices.
Powers of Attorney
We draft and execute legally binding Powers of Attorney for Property and Powers of Attorney for Personal Care. In the case of incapacity it is important that you have a trusted person make financial and health-care decisions for you. We can explain the various Powers of Attorney and advise whether it is the right decision for you.
